Loverpool 2-1 Man United! Vidic Red Carded! WTF!!!

Well, its a hard pill to swallow... but Rafa got his first win over Fergie in 7 years! Liverpool beat United 2-1, courtesy - defensive blunders by VDS (so typical of him!) and Giggs. There was no passion and no hunger for win. Liverpool deserved the victory. They were the better team. United played like some 4th division team. Mascherano, Kuyt, Alonso and co. outclassed United. They kinda controlled the whole game.

Fergie referred United's defence to some conference team defense. Game was won by midfield. United's midfield looked depleted and scattered. United started off well and got an early lead - thanks to Berbatov's exuisite pass. But after that, once Carrick got injured (limped again!), it was all liverpool. Fergie got his tactics wrong. May be, he is missing Quiroz! He substituted Giggs for Carrick when Nani should have came in. Scholes was too slow to play such a high tempo game.

God knows when fergie will realise that Giggs, Scholes and Neville don't have legs to compete at this level anymore. They are past their best.

It was as if United didn't have any midfielders! Its like we were playing 4-0-6! Front three hardly got the ball to create anything. so I don't really blame Berbatov, Rooney or Tevej (He missed a sitter though!). Anderson was awful to say least.

Anyway pleased to see Berbatov making his debut. He looked good. Nani as usual - being stupid - added one more yellow card to his collection. Surprised to see Whine Rooney keeping his cool. Then again he was invisible for most part of the game. May be, Nani is a new member of Rooney's Red Card Waiting To Happen Club. Well, I for one count both the LooseFool goals as OGs. If it wasn't for defensive blunders, result would have been something else, may be!

Rooney, as usual, was being played out of position. He was playing way wayyyyyy wide! Oh and forgot to mention - the RED CARD. Vidic got a red card. Means he will be missing the derby against Chelsea!
Well John Slipping Terry has also got a well deserved red card for himself. So its good for United cause somehow he manages to play well against United.

Now one thing is clear that we desperately miss Ronaldo. Our offense is shite without him.
